 The "Hotmail / Live" rule seems to break some Microsoft download links.

 For example, the "Command Line Tools" download links at the bottom of
 http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/downloads/#cmd-line-tools are broken
 because

 https://az412849.vo.msecnd.net/downloads01/azuresdk-v0.6.16.pkg

 returns 404 for HTTPS.
