 Nuking a whole lot of stuff there.  There should be a tor-windows-package-
 creation document -- and indeed, there's a ticket with one in it, waiting
 for review in 0.2.5 -- but there's no need to ship this one while that one
 is pending.

 I'm tenatively leaving the rpm creation doc in, under contrib, but if it's
 outdated or belongs elsewhere it can go too.  It doesn't belong in
 extra_dist.
