 My current plan is to *not* move forward here (I've done enough talks this
 year already), but instead to work on getting more people from the
 Thursday/Friday part to show up to Mozilla on Wednesday too, making it
 more like a three day hackfest.

 (Kelley says we have the Mozilla space on Wednesday too, though for some
 strange reason she seemed unexcited to spend Wednesday inside when she had
 previously expected to spend it wandering around Paris. Anyway, I bet
 we'll find somebody to be our responsible adult on Wednesday.)
