Comment:

 It sounds like the user knows about the socks port but not the control
 port, so it's using the same control port for each run and that's the
 conflict.

 That said, this ticket is way old.

 The better way to do it nowadays is to run one Tor Browser and set
 multiple SocksPorts in the torrc file. I'm going to close this ticket as
 no longer applying to the current Tor Browser.
