 You can trigger a switch to an exit supporting the 'unusual' port by
 connecting to that port first.

 E.g. first go to
 http://example.com:182

 this will trigger a circuit switch to an exit supporting port 182 if the
 current one doesn't.

 Subsequent connections to all
 http://example.com URLs will use that new exit.

 Most exits run a reduced exit policy and only support a modest number of
 ports. So there is no good answer for supporting those non web ports by
 default.
