 As of this writing, the only place I'm aware of the `#tor-relays` channel
 being advertised on the website is [[https://blog.torproject.org/get-help-
 running-your-relay-our-new-advocate|this blog post]].

 There are several other opportunities on the website where IRC channels
 are mentioned.
 The following are the main ones that I'm aware of:
 * https://www.torproject.org/about/contact.html.en
 * https://www.torproject.org/docs/documentation.html.en
 * https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/volunteer.html.en

 The last of these mentions `#tor-dev` only. Perhaps with a bit of rework,
 it could also add in a listing of IRC channels into the
 [[https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/volunteer.html.en#Advocacy|Advocacy
 section]], akin to how it does with the mailing lists.

 Additionally, the [[TorRelayGuide|Tor Relay Guide]] should mention this
 channel, probably in the [[TorRelayGuide#GettingHelp|Getting Help
 section]].
