 I need a new VM to setup snowflake monitoring. In the past for a similar
 setup (prometheus + graphana) we have used a CX21 instance from Hetzner
 (5€/mth, 2vCPU, 4GB RAM, 40GB disk, 20TB traffic). Budget for this machine
 has been approved in the parent ticket.
