 What are next steps for this? It looks like we have two pieces: a control-
 spec.txt patch, and a proposal to describe how BridgeFinder,
 BridgeFinderHelper, and Vidalia should operate together with some best
 practice recommendations for BridgeFinder's IPC channel.

 Sound about right? Does anyone want to do this, or should I toss some
 stuff together based on the above discussion?
