Comment:

 This has been fixed in my branch chiiph/bug5475_torrc_comment, and it will
 be out with 0.2.18. However, have in mind that the comment won't be saved
 in the torrc file. If you want a better torrc editor, you should try
 0.3.2-alpha (it'll come out soon).
