 kat.ph also seems to have a cert mismatch. are you able to submit this as
 a pull request at https://github.com/efforg/https-everywhere instead of an
 attached xml?

 browserprivacy: We've considered this, but the hard part is figuring out
 which rules can be rewritten as HSTS directives.
