 Hi! Vidalia is unmaintained and no longer in the bundles.

 So this will get closed as a feature request for software that nobody will
 ever use.

 But first, you should grab the new TBB, put your proxy settings into Tor
 Launcher (click "configure" rather than "connect" on the first screen),
 and see if it does what you expect.
