 Just tested in stock tor-browser-4.5-alpha-4: "New Identity" and
 restarting the browser (by clicking the `X` and then starting it again)
 both remove any canvas permissions which had been previously saved (even
 if the user selected "Never for this site" in the dropdown canvas
 permission menu).
