Comment (by Dhalgren):

 For several days now 100% CPU on main event-loop thread.  Tor 0.3.5.8
 libevent 2.0.22-stable.  Any reason why updating to 2.1.8-stable would
 make a difference?  Have 40 second full debug capture but will not waste
 time in analyzing if newer libevent matters.
