 https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/RecommendedTBBVersions
 currently redirects to a nonexistent location. This URL is used by
 Whonix's update-torbrowser script to discover versions of Tor Browser (it
 does not follow redirects by default, anyway).

 The correct location seems to be
 https://2019.www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser/RecommendedTBBVersions.
