Comment:

 Which windows installer?  We still use nullsoft installer for the vidalia
 bundle, which has the command {{{RequestExecutionLevel user ;Updated for
 Vista compatibility}}} included in the config file.  This should resolve
 any problems on start.  At least it does in my testing.
