 The issue seems to be that some tor-nodes can choose to identify
 themselves with a physical location. I believe there is an option for a
 city and country (as evidenced by the Vidalia-GUI). Perhaps this is a
 function of running a tor-server via Vidalia-GUI, I do not know because I
 have not read the entire specs for tor. If tor does facilitate the header-
 data (I'm guessing...) for country/location, then there had been a
 malfunction in the transceiving of this data.
