New description:

Report the exit node that is predicted to be used for http connections.

This is slightly messy, since there will be multiple circuits available
 for Tor to
choose from. One proposed option is to query Tor to find out which
 circuit it would
use for a new connection on a particular port (80/443/8080/?). This
 however would
likely involve a polling loop. An alternative is to report all the exit
 nodes of
open circuits. This avoids the polling and port ambiguities, since
 Torbutton could
simply subscribe to circuit event notifications.
