 and here we go. I did an upgrade to the most recent version 0.2.2.13-alpha
 and today the bug hits again. EntryStatistics, ExitPortStatistics, and
 DirReqStatistics are enabled in torrc. The bug did never hit before
 without having EntryStatistics enabled even it appears to be
 DirReqStatistics related since removing stats/dirreq-stats from filesystem
 make Tor work again.
