 We trust mirrors to give out binaries now.  Many users use the mirrors to
 get the tor binaries.

 Users seem to ask google for tor mirrors, and go from there.  I've seen
 this first hand in my trainings.  Roughly none have gone to
 torproject.org, they all go to google, bing, or yahoo and search for 'tor
 browser bundle' when asked to find tbb.
