In our attempt to redesign Torperf, a first step could be to write a
minimal Python module that parses Torperf's new configuration file format
 described [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/2565#comment:9
here]. This Torperf module wouldn't perform any requests, but only print
out the configuration for each Torperf and exit.

The new code should go into a branch on top of current master. We'll keep
it in that branch until it's a full replacement of the current Torperf
 scripts.

 Assigning to tomb upon request.
