Comment:

 Using that particular game as an example the rules that are applicable to
 that page now (in Firefox 12) in the 3.0development~pre.3 are:

   * Game Show Network (partial)
   * Pogo
   * Doubleclick.net

 Where the first two are enabled. Examining the requests using the Web
 Console (Web Developer tools), the only requests I see that could indicate
 our causing this (*possibly*) would be requests to https://www.pogo.com/
 for images and nothing else. I'm going to try disabling the Game Show
 Network rule to see if that fixes it.
