 The main hold up is that I've made a few structural changes to fteproxy
 under the hood, since 0.2.13. Specifically, I've partitioned the projects
 into two parts: fteproxy [1] and libfte [2].

 All the changes are done and it seems stable, but there is a bit of work
 on the Tor Browser side to (1) include fte install in the build process
 and (2) test this change.

 Anyways, I just need to make a decision about whether or not I want to
 include these changes in 0.2.14. In either case, I plan to have a release
 ready by next week.
