Comment:

 The NoScript code is all camelCase.

 When I started writing HTTPS Everywhere I habitually used snake_case, but
 once I realised that had created an inconsistency, I started trying to
 migrate to a reasonable hybrid, namely camelCase for function names and
 snake_case for variable names.
