 (`fef65fa64341fb70df0e7b34d91d3b08a74e7aad`) no extra patches. `cached-
 descriptors.new` was populated with the bridge descriptor as normal.

 Maybe try a different DataDirectory? It also might matter that your Bridge
 line have a fingerprint.
