 * Find some downloadable file on the web and click on it to bring up the
 "Download an external file type?" dialog.
 * Before the dialog appears, quickly switch to a different X11 workspace
 that has another Tor Browser window open.


 The dialog should pop up on top of the browser window in which the link
 was clicked, but instead appears above whichever browser window had focus
 last. Upon clicking "Download file" nothing will seem to happen, because
 the next dialog does appear on the other (proper) workspace.
