 I propose this:

 security     Vs       usability

 low=========( )========good

 midium======(*)========regular

 high========( )========bad

 this will make sure user understand how the security setting interfere on
 the usability

 another way is to put this in the horizontal line


 security:   low           medium           high

 usability:  good          regular          bad
