 Yes, Linux 64bit, Debian testing.

 the reproducible build side), or they just get that timestamp after
 extracting and installing, which would not be surprising since that's how
 timestamps work on newly created files.

 The latter (I extracted the bundle several times and the timestamp changed
 accordingly to my systems time) but it is weird that it only affects those
 files. They are shipped as the other ones in the bundle.
