 Let's say I want to reply to
 https://blog.torproject.org/comment/268422#comment-268422 now after our
 migration is over. Somewhat surprisingly there seems to be no way to do
 so. There are no "Delete Edit Reply Approve" buttons on that comment
 available for me. I am logged in and replying to comments works for me
 with the https://blog.torproject.org/blog/we-are-upgrading-our-blog entry.
