Comment:

 Right now the logs say:

 {{{
 May 26 11:19:54.000 [notice] Delaying directory fetches: No running
 bridges
 May 26 11:19:55.000 [warn] Could not launch managed proxy executable at
 '/path/to/nonexistent/file' ('No such file or directory').
 May 26 11:19:56.000 [warn] We were supposed to connect to bridge
 '127.99.99.99:9999' using pluggable transport 'obfs2', but we can't find a
 pluggable transport proxy supporting 'obfs2'. This can happen if you
 haven't provided a ClientTransportPlugin line, or if your pluggable
 transport proxy stopped running.
 }}}

 I think we can call this fixed-in-0.2.3; the remaining issue can be closed
 as a worksforme.
