Comment:

 The ticket would be blocked by the remaining child ticket, but I think we
 should still keep this ticket open in case anybody would like to object,
 with some reasons we haven't thought of, to the removal of the page.

 Producing the final analysis is independent of that analysis being
 published, so these tasks shouldn't block on each other and should be done
 when it's easiest to do. This means there could be a gap between the final
 analysis being written and it being published.
