 I just had a chat with Nima, and he suggested to also remove his thirteen
 obfs4 bridges. They may come back in the future, but on different IP
 addresses. For now it's safe to retire them.  I updated my branch:
 https://github.com/NullHypothesis/tor-browser-build/tree/retire-bridges
