 Hrmmmm. That would be relatively easy. In that case, we move all important
 onboarding information to the webpage.

 I'm a little torn right now because the onboarding experience provides a
 nice tutorial for new users. But we can sacrifice that aspect of
 onboarding for both 1) simplicity, and 2) we'll need to reimplement all of
 this for 78esr anyway.
