 When reading a log line like "Circ to Unnamed failed (r:TIMEOUT
 remr:None). 1 failures", we don't really know what's up nor how to cross-
 reference this with the TorCtl log other than by timestamp. We probably
 should be using Tor's extended nickname feature, where we use the id
 digest and the nickname together with an indication of the Named status of
 the relay.

 Probably easy to fix
