Comment(by Shondoit):

Transifex responded to my ticket with the following good news:

 > Thanks for the feature request. Good news is that we have already been
working on the Glossary feature for some time now. It will be included
with the next release of www.transifex.net. The glossary we have designed
so far is in its initial stage. Let me give you an overview of the
Glossary we have designed so far:
 > 1. Glossary available in project source language and for each language
 team
 > 2. Glossary is built in a collaborative fashion by the project members
(maintainers, team coordinators and team members)
 > 3. Each Glossary keyword can have multiple definitions (contextual) in a
single language. This allows to store contextual definitions for the
 keyword.
 > 4. Improved access control: for example, a team member/coordinator can
add glossary keyword. They can add definitions only in English and in the
language of the team they belong to.
 >
 > Right now we have links to the Glossary page(s) from Lotte. The
translator can search for keywords in the Glossary page while translating.
If he finds the keywords and with its definitions, he can use the
definition that best suits the context. If he does not find one useful, he
can always add a new keyword/definition.
 >
 > As I already said, this is the initial version of Glossary. User review
and feedback will play an important role in designing the roadmap for
Glossary development. A very similar version of the mockup in Glossary-
Translation.jpg is already in our roadmap.
 >
 > Please let us know your opinion about the Glossary features I mentioned
 above.

I will respond with asking about a time frame and some of it's features.
