 Everytime I try to connect to a .onion site I get a timed out notification
 or an unable to connect notifcation (this always happens specifically with
 the site I want to connect to).  I'm pretty sure its not a proxy problem
 since I can access other sites and don't seem to have a firewall.  please
 help!
