 We should add a section to the test template:
 https://gitweb.torproject.org/ooni-
 probe.git/blob/HEAD:/docs/source/tests/template.rst about reading the
 result of an ooniprobe run for a specific test.

 This should include the quirks that have to do with the particular test
 case and will change over time with what we learn in collecting data.
