 Actually, Fedora might be an easier option for you in your efforts than
 Debian.

 Here's some sources for producing Tor Browser RPMs for Fedora-based
 distros. They might even work for Power PC with a little hacking:

 Here's a link to with instructions on how to contact and work with
 Fedora's Power PC team:
