 What Guard discovery attacks exist that succeed where the adversary does
 not have access to the path between the client and the Guard?  In most
 cases the 4-hop client relay would reside inside a private network (or
 even in the TCP stack of a single server) where accessing client-guard
 traffic is far more difficult than on the open Internet.
