 OnionPerf collects the necessary control port events from both HS client
 and HS server (running on the same machine). I'd like to include timing
 information for each step in the .tpf file that gets archived by
 CollecTor. I'm currently working through Karsten's notes about this and
 adding this to the OnionPerf parser.

 In the meantime, can we turn the 'cache purge' into something that can be
 requested via a control port command? It would be great not to require
 everyone that runs an OnionPerf instance to also patch their Tor in order
 to get accurate perf results.
