 I am sorry that Tor Browser is not working correctly for you.

 What version of Tor Browser did you download? You can use Get Info on
 TorBrowser.app (in the Finder) to check.

 What happens if you try to load the following URL inside Tor Browser?
  https://check.torproject.org/
