Huh. Can you try installing a Firefox ESR 60 from Mozilla on that machine?
(Download bundles can be found at: https://www.mozilla.org/en-
US/firefox/organizations/all/) Do you get the same error as with Tor
Browser (complaining about having at least Windows 7 available)? Which
 Windows 7 flavor is that?

 > So I tried a fresh install of the 7.5 that I had and updated it. When
it updated, it tells me the version 8 is 32-bit. Also, it's still
 hanging.

Okay. If the update path is working. Could you try a 64bit 8.0 alpha (say:
 8.0a8 (https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-
archive/torbrowser/8.0a8/)) and update to the latest alpha version and
check whether that changes the hanging for you?

 > Additionally, on the TorButton, it needs a fix in the version 8. I see
you can change "identity", but not the circuit for a specific site like in
version 7. This is a problem because it says it will close ALL tabs.
Plus it doesn't show the circuit for that site, a necessity which was VERY
useful because I could see when it actually changed circuits and I could
use that info, in addition to the performance, to exclude nodes that
weren't working for me. It was also useful to ensure other criteria were
being met (ie: if I needed a specific exit, etc).

The circuit display is now located in the URL bar. Once you load a website
and click on the "i" icon on the left side of the URL bar you'll see you
circuit for that side and a but to change it.
