 It takes a while for the change to be listed on the metrics site.  Did you
 wait a while after making the change?

 Another possibility: Tor doesn't automatically reload its configuration
 file. You need to either send it a HUP signal to tell it to reload, or
 restart it.


 If the issue is still happening, could you attach a  copy of the torrc,
 and your relay's fingerprint, so we can try to investigate more?
