 In my opinion, the general faq should be by the community for the
 community, therefore on a globally editable medium.  Putting it in faq.wml
 means we are pushing the information out read only, and if your question
 isn't answered, too bad.

 Regardless of my opinions, we should pick one place or the other and put
 the faq there.  My suggestion is to purge the wiki faq completely and
 start the faq.wml over again.  On the whole, very few people read the faq
 anyway, unless we link them directly to it.
