 So in the first log, as soon as we've finished rewriting HTTP->HTTPS it
 seems that the browser goes and makes the same HTTP request again.  I
 /presume/ that's the request for the content that's placed inside the
 frame, thus creating the recursive rendering you observed.

 My first guess is that we're somehow triggering this misbehaviour in
 Google Translate's JavaScript, but I'm at a loss to explain why it's
 happening in some profiles and not others, if it isn't linked to cookies,
 cache, or what extensions you have enabled.
