 After talking with chiiph some more, we decided to work on porting the
 build infrastructure to Qt 4.7 next week for the alpha release, which will
 probably be released either at the end of the week or the following
 Monday. Qt 4.7 is currently known to work with OSX 10.4, but we will need
 to check Win2k and older Linuxes as well.
