 If you're using Tor 0.2.4.x, you'll need the following Shadow fix, which
 didn't make it into the default release 1.6.0 that's part of the current
 EC2 image:
 https://github.com/shadow/shadow/commit/1719e7e287743767f7d10895f15683a8f90bb865

 The easiest way to get that is to just use Shadow master.
