 It's nicer to have everything related to Tor in one configuration file.
 When you read through the configuration file you learn about anything and
 don't need to look for additional hacks. One can already add SocksPort,
 DnsPort and TransPort to torrc. Adding the last missing piece there,
 HttpPort, seems natural to me. I prefer to have some officially supported
 Tor package including HttpPort over all the hackish TorifyHOWTO
 workarounds.
