 Due to increased list management needs, we should update listmastering
 beyond weasel and I and the sysadmins (which are just weasel and I).

 1. Create listmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx alias. Add me to it.
 2. Replace weasel with karsten (since he volunteered)
 3. Update all lists to point them at listmaster@tpo alias
 4. Securely provide listmaster the mailing list passwords and management
 links.
 5. profit.
