 to "2000-01-01 00:00:00")

 Forgot to add that we do
 {{{
 find -type f | xargs touch --date="$REFERENCE_DATETIME"
 }}}
 in source directories where "$REFERENCE_DATETIME" is currently "2000-01-01
 00:00:00". That might be a thing worth trying regarding the crosstools-ng
 sources...
