 Good thought. I just checked and there's no `env` for Windows (at least
 not such that is called "env".) There is
 [https://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs
 /en-us/set.mspx set], that looks like it will work from a batch file. I'm
 going to try the Windows build tonight so I'll see what I can figure out.

 Worst case, we can make a little Python wrapper and py2exe it.
